Terms of service

* Stream : Drawing live.

❧ General conditions

1. Provide a clear and precise reference of the character and/or a very precise description ;
2. Please be polite ;
3. If the customer has a specific idea of what he wants, specify it at the beginning of the exchange ;
4. The artist has the right to refuse a commission without giving any justification ;
5. If the customer has a deadline, specify it at the beginning, within reasonable limits ;
6. On request or not, the artist gives himself the right to *stream ;
7. The time required to complete a commission can range from a few days to several months ;
8. For an NSFW order, the customer must be major. Similarly, I do not accept NSFW drawings depicting minors under the age of 16 years (or even 18 years depending on the context).

❧ Payment

1. Payment will be made by PayPal. An exception can be made if the customer and the artist agree ;
2. The order is processed once payment has been made in full, unless otherwise agreed between the artist and the customer.

❧ Cancellation and refund policy

1. If, for any reason, the artist cannot make the commission after payment, the customer will be refunded in full ;
2. The customer has the right to request a refund of 80% of the price if he is not satisfied by the approval sketch(s) ("*WIP") proposed by the artist ;
3. Beyond the approval sketch, the customer has the right to request a refund of 40% of the price, unless the inking and/or the colour of the drawing has already been done ;
4. Beyond the above-mentioned step, no further refund is possible, unless the artist is at fault.

❧ Process and customer satisfaction

1. For each WIP sent, the artist will ask the customer for approval and will only continue the drawing after approval. Any modifications may be requested within reasonable limits ;
2. For inked drawings, the artist will send a WIP for the sketch and a confirmation for the final piece. The customer is allowed to request modifications but not on an item confirmed in the sketch ;
3. If the customer really wants to modify an already confirmed element, a supplement to be decided by the artist must be paid ;
4. Shipments of traditional designs are possible at the customer's expense.
5. The .psd or .sai files are purely personal, so I do not accept to send them.

❧ Copyright and use politicy

1. All working documents and work in progress must remain between the client and the artist. The customer is not allowed to display or reproduce them without the artist's permission. I, the artist, am authorized to use the copyrighted illustration for :
✎ Promote myself, in any place (convention, event...) or website ;
✎ Post it anywhere (respecting the morality of the client's character) ;
✎ To print it.

2. The customer is authorized to :
✎ Use the copyrighted work for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed ;
✎ Print the work and claim the right of the character(s), but not the drawing itself ;
✎ Use the work to promote yourself with appropriate credit given to the artist.

3. The customer has no right to :
✎ Reproduce or use copyrighted works for commercial purposes (which means making money with or through the work) unless otherwise agreed with the artist ;
✎ Claim credit for the creation of the work ;
✎ Delete any watermarks or signatures on the work ;
✎ Modify the work without the artist's consent.

❧ ACCEPT AND DO NOT ACCEPT

1. Accepted commissions :
✔ The drawings ⁎NSWF (eroticism, sex, bondage...) ;
✔ All genres (cisgender characters, transgender characters...) ;
✔ All types of morphologies as long as it remains realistic ;
✔ The ⁎vore ;
✔ Humans ;
✔ The ⁎feral ;
✔ The gore.

2. Commissions often refused :
✘ Babys furs (in extreme cases) ;
✘ Feral x ⁎Anthro ;
✘ Feral x Feral ;
✘ Zoophilia, paedophilia, necrophilia and scatophilia ;
✘ Scenes of aggression or rape.

⁎NSFW : "Not safe for work", a sexual or violent drawing that cannot be posted anywhere and must be censored ;
⁎Vore : Character who has another character in his mouth ;
⁎Feral : Animal " natural ", on its four paws for instance ;
⁎ Anthro : Animal with human characteristics.
